"From Pain to Purpose – My Journey with Life Coaching"

When I joined Mind Yoga Academey (formerly NLITN) I knew about yoga , asana and a little bit of Pranayama. But learning with Karthik sir was a different experience. Especially breathing (Pranayama) breath retention which will help to increase lungs capacity. Asanas through breathing and holding for a longer time. I was amazed when we did walking meditation for the first time which was totally a wonderful experience and I never heard about it before. Chakra meditation I knew but did not know that with chakra meditation so many variations like chakra colour meditation, Petal, breathing through chakra etc., I started developing confidence and my anxiety level reduced and much more. Thank you Karthik sir for all your help and support. Now I could teach my students a much better way.

There was a time when I was lost—trapped in a tunnel of negativity, fear, and helplessness. But by the divine grace of Lord Krishna, I was blessed with the opportunity to meet my Guru, Karthikeyan Sir. Like a guiding light, he pulled me out of darkness and illuminated my path with the wisdom of true knowledge.

When I was drowning in confusion, directionless in the vast ocean of ignorance, it was he who gave me direction. He helped me conquer fear, embrace reality with courage, and discover strength within myself.

To me, Karthikeyan Sir is not just a life coach—he is a divine messenger, a light sent by Lord Krishna himself. May Lord Krishna bless him with boundless happiness, health, and the strength to continue touching lives with his grace and guidance.
